Jute Process

Jute is imported from Bangladesh and India, incoming raw jute is inspected at mills as per specifications. The specified grades of raw jute are used for making different type of products. The raw jute is processed into yarn after going through different type of processes i.e softening, carding, drawing and spinning. Different types of yarns are manufactured in spinning department. From spinning some yarn is sold directly. Remaining yarn is either twisted in different plies and sold or is converted in Sacking and Hessian Cloth in weaving department. Some of which is sold as cloth and remaining is converted in Bags and then sold.
