Our division of the quality control process into three separate processes ensures that specialized expertise is applied to each stage of our operation.
To ensure the consistency in quality, an annual based customer feedback system is implemented to collect and analyze customer-provided information. On the basis of this feedback, necessary steps are taken to improve the quality.
SJML achieved ISO Certification in 1998 when only few companies in Pakistan were able to get this certification. Since then company is updating itself with new standards of ISO and presently certified for ISO 9001 2008. The emphasis of company is always on improvement of systems.
